Ray Cressy - Principal

Raised in South Bend/Mishawaka, Ray graduated from the University of Dayton. Since graduation, he has attended numerous business seminars at the University of Notre Dame, Purdue University, and OMC Service School. Ray was a former National Sales Manager for ADCO Industries, Owner of Cressy Marine, and President of Dayton Continental Manufacturing.

With over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing, Ray is active in the memorial industry trade shows. His specialties are manufacturing design and long term marketing strategies. Ray served on the Board of the NMRA from 1990-1996; his hobbies include spending time with his wife, 4 children, grandchildren, boating, travelling, and golf.

Mary Lou Cressy - Principal

Mary Lou Cressy was raised in Bellaire, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in psychology and worked for three years in the field of special education. Mary Lou and Ray, her husband, owned and operated Cressy Marine, a boat dealership, in the late 1970's. Mary Lou has attended management seminars at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana University and NMMA.

Mary Lou has over thirty years of sales experience.. She managed the Cressy Marketing office for six years prior to her full time sales position. Mary Lou and Ray have 4 children and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren. Mary Lou focuses on the production and design needs as well as directional trends in the memorial industry. She also spearheads marketing and communication programs for the principals.

Jim Cressy - Partner

Jim graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in marketing. He diversified his business knowledge by pursuing marketing studies at Die Universität Augsburg. He joined Cressy Marketing in 1996 as a sales associate and was named a partner in 2005. He serves on board of the National Marine Representatives’ Association elected in 2014. Jim is also active with in Cressy Memorial. Jim’s wife Erin is the founder of Cressy Consulting specializing in leadership training and consulting. Jim, Erin and their 3 children reside in Mishawaka Indiana.

Sarah Tepe - Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Sarah, originally from Northern Virginia, moved to the South Bend area in 1997 and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington. Prior to being hired by Cressy Memorial in 2007, Sarah worked with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as an Associate Financial Representative.

Sarah currently manages Cressy Memorial’s network of distributors and travels regularly. She specializes in marketing strategies, account management and new business. Sarah has presented at the national ICCFA convention. In her spare time, Sarah and her husband Nick are busy raising their young children but always find time cheer on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

MaryAnne Scheuble - Hekman Sales Director

MaryAnne Scheuble, graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University, is the Hekman furniture specialist to the memorial industry. Her design experience began as an Interior Decorator with Ethan Allen in Pittsburgh, PA. After a move to the education field, which lasted a few years, she began her career with Cressy Memorial Group. For almost 10 years she has been working with funeral and cemetery business owners, managers and marketing directors as well as interior decorators. Her credits include presenter at ICCFA, two-time speaker at OFDA, author of articles for The Independent and columnist for Funeral Home & Cemetery News (Nomis Publications). A mother of two sons, her move to Mishawaka, IN has proved to be a joyful life transition.

Candy Meyer - Accounting

Candy moved to the South Bend area with her husband from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago where they raised two children and she operarted her own tax preparation and bookkeeping company. Candy is an enrolled agent with the IRS and has over twenty-five years of experience. Candy moved to the area to spend more time with her three grandchildren and loves to spend her free time tending to the flowers in her garden.
